Yesterday, November 12 friends of Comr Chinonso Uba like,Chief Jude Opara Hon Masa Cico , Barrister Kissinger Ikokwu in solidarity with Chinonso Uba, Nonsonkwa were among the earliest callers at the Magistrate Court Owerri ,Orlu Road for the hearing of the said matter with thousands of Imo Youths who thronged at the Court to show Solidarity.
The case was adjourned to November.19 for bail application.
It was gathered that the Magistrate Court had adjourned the hearing on the release of Nonso Nkwa after that the defence Counsel needed to review some new documents
The court adjourned the hearing to November 19
to allow additional witnesses to testify.
Chief Opara (Shapume), stated that he came in solidarity with Nonso Nkwa to witness his release.
.He urged all the people to pray and work for his freedom .
He made it clear that the fight for justice is not just about Nonso Nkwa; it’s about protecting our collective humanity.
“We must stand together against injustice, demand accountability, and advocate for true justice”, he advised.
